Best Of The Best Approach
We vet Facilitators rigorously before inviting them as partners. Most of our facilitators have been in the training arena for over 20 years.

Participatory Facilitators are trainers who do not operate under the traditional concept of teaching, but rather is meant to guide and assist participants in learning for themselves. They have experience in facilitating meetings; a comfort level with participants with diverse backgrounds; and knowledge of meeting management techniques such as establishing ground rules, creating and managing meeting agendas, and managing discussions and decisions. They have the skills to successfully lead a meeting, practice active listening and ask questions that create clarity and provoke the collective intelligence of the group. They will take a group of people through a leadership lab, understand their common objectives and assist them to plan how to achieve these objectives; in doing so, the facilitator remains neutral meaning they do not take a particular position in the discussion
